Pedro A. Favuzzi

Pedro A. Favuzzi
co-founder

Pedro A. Favuzzi is a physicist, entrepreneur, and technology founder who believes innovation should improve human life, not replace the people behind it.

He holds a PhD in Physics from Kyoto University and has been working in AI, software engineering, and applied technology long before artificial intelligence became mainstream.

In 2017, Pedro founded WLML, an initiative focused on helping people learn about AI and machine learning at a time when the field was still largely niche. In 2020, he founded KineticLab, a technology company developing accessible AI-powered biomechanics and kinematics tools to help bike fitters and movement specialists access high-quality analysis technology at affordable prices.

Alongside his technical and entrepreneurial work, Pedro has remained deeply interested in the human side of technology, how tools shape society, creativity, work, and personal agency.

In 2026, he joined Done By Humans as a co-founder, supporting its mission to make human authorship visible in the age of automation.

Pedro believes that work is more than just an outcome. Human creativity, craftsmanship, intention, and responsibility carry value beyond the final product itself. Consumers deserve transparency about the role humans, and AI played in creating the products they use.

George Kovalev

George Kovalev
co-founder

George Kovalev is a technology educator, software developer, and creative entrepreneur based in Barcelona, Spain.

He is the founder of Barcelona Code School, where since 2015 he has helped hundreds of students transition into careers in software development, UX/UI design, game development, and AI engineering through intensive bootcamps and mentorship.

With a background spanning software development, publishing, creative production, education, and digital products, George has long been interested in the relationship between technology and human creativity.

In 2025, he co-founded Done By Humans — an initiative promoting transparency around human-made work in the age of AI. The project aims to establish a simple and recognizable way for creators, businesses, and organizations to communicate meaningful human involvement in what they produce.

George believes AI can be a powerful tool, but that human authorship, accountability, and craftsmanship should remain visible and valued.
